Body training
Concentration, coordination and stamina are three important elements that are taught and promoted in karate training.
Through repetition and variation, the karateka learns to perfect his movements. This is a lifelong process that is supported by discipline and willpower.
The movements are internalized to such an extent that the body performs the correct movement reflexively and without thinking.
A karate training is structured as follows: | |

Since the movements performed in karate are very varied, practically all of the muscles in the body are used and trained.
As a rule, the initial muscle soreness is less severe after a few hours of training and disappears completely over time. However, regular practice and passionate commitment to training are prerequisites.
After a period of demanding training, the body becomes more supple and the movements become more elegant.
In short: karate is the ideal sport for all age groups to keep young and fit. The more you get involved in karate, the more varied and interesting it becomes in every respect.
