SCHOOL SERVICES:

1. The school is committed to providing karate lessons by experienced instructors.

2. The course participant is entitled to training in groups.

3. The school is committed to periodically regulating the school's internal Kyu exams, which are required and recognized by the Swiss Karate Association (SKF). The Zug Karate School registers suitable candidates for external school exams (1st Kyu and Dan grade) with Fudokan Karate-Do Switzerland (FKS). The exam fees are paid by the participant in accordance with the FKS regulations.

4. The school is committed to establishing school regulations in which operation, order, type of training, training time and training location are regulated in advance.

5. The school is committed to establishing technical regulations in which examination requirements and waiting times are regulated in particular.

6. The school is committed to registering the graduation that falls within its area of ​​responsibility, provided that the participant has passed the exam.

7. The school undertakes to inform the course participants about courses, external training opportunities and competitions and to recommend suitable applicants.
8. As a member of the SKF, the school undertakes to issue the official SKF passes including a license stamp for all course participants.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE COURSE PARTICIPANT:

9. The course participant undertakes to pay the agreed course fee. The desired payment period can be chosen by the participant and must be paid in advance (for the first time when the contract is signed).
10. The course participant must provide the following additional services.
11. The course participant undertakes to comply with the school rules and to follow the instructions of the directors and trainers.

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT:

12. The school contract lasts at least three months (calculated from the start date of the course). If no notice of termination is given, it is extended by a further three months. 13. If the course participant can prove with a medical certificate that he/she could not or cannot take part in the training, the contract period will be extended by the time of the course interruption. The same applies to longer interruptions (at least 1 month), which must be announced in writing in advance.

14. The school is entitled to cancel the training of children during school holidays and other members for a total of six weeks per year (the dates of which will be announced in good time), as well as on public holidays and during courses and camps organized by the SKF / FKS, without any obligation to make up for missed training.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT:

15. The school contract can be terminated one month before the start of a new payment period. The termination must be made in writing and by registered mail. All obligations must be met upon withdrawal.

16. The school management reserves the right to terminate the contract early for important reasons (e.g. unsportsmanlike behavior).

LIABILITY:

17. Any liability for accidents suffered at school is rejected. The same applies to lost personal effects.
18. Each participant must ensure that he or she has adequate insurance cover. He or she is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by him or her.

JURISDICTION:

19. The place of jurisdiction for this contract is Zug.
